Chef Antonio Bachour

Pastry king and part owner Antonio Bachour’s professional aspirations were inset at a tender age with his earliest and fondest memories being of kneading dough in his family’s bakery in his birthplace of Puerto Rico. Decades later, the talented star is one of Miami’s brightest, with three top-selling cookbooks under his name; an impressive background including stints at Talula, Scarpetta, Trump Soho, Solea, Quattro and St Regis Bal Harbour; and accolades including 2016 James Beard Award semifinalist, “Top 10 Pastry Chefs” in America from Dessert Professional Magazine, 2011 International Chef Congress Pastry Competition finalist, 2012 Johnson and Wales Zest Award winner for Baking & Pastry Innovator, and is a repeated guest chef at the prestigious Basque Culinary Center in San Sebastian, among others. Bachour’s ridiculously gorgeous and equally delicious sweet treats take the forefront at Bachour Bakery + Bistro.

Chef Henry Hané


Chef/Partner Henry Hané possesses a professional pedigree that is often unsurpassed. Born in Lima, Peru to a Colombian father and Peruvian mother, Hané was brought up in a family where good food was first. A graduate of Johnson and Wales University in Miami, Hané began his career at the prestigious, Two Michelin Star Le Manoir Aux Quat Saisons in Oxford, England before moving on to two top restaurants in the Basque Country of Spain, followed by an intense training in Thailand and Singapore.

After returning to Miami, Hané took a position as sous chef at Miami’s Le Basque catering, where he was soon promoted to chef. The young talent later moved on to open Michelle Bernstein’s famed Sra. Martinez before returning to his birthplace to perfect his technique in the intricacies of Peruvian cuisine. He later took a two-year stint with one of the world’s top chefs, Paco Perez, of the Two Michelin Star restaurant Miramar in Llanca, Spain, where he perfected the science of manipulating textures with modern techniques. Hané now brings his extensive technical experience and deft touch to Brickell with Bachour Bakery + Bistro.
